FOR THE LOVE OF BASIC HOME-COOKED MEALS

El Lobo Negro opened in November 2019. Before that, we had Doña Carlota's club restaurant in Torremolinos about 20 years.

Now in Los Boliches in Fuengirola, we serve basic home-cooked meals made with fresh ingredients based on a weekly changing lunch menu. We don't fancy things too much, but on the plate the colors and flavors come out exactly as they are supposed to.

Come and enjoy alone, as a couple or as a group, not forgetting pets (pets are welcome on the terrace). You can also pick up your lunch at home. If you are organizing a party, don't hesitate to contact us. If the schedules are suitable for both parties, let's personalize the party to suit you.

If we can create a good mood for you with good food and good customer service, we have succeeded in our work. We accept both card and cash. We also offer gift cards.

FAQ

We have collected the most frequently asked questions about El Lobo Negro restaurant, food pre-ordering and table reservations in this section.

How do I order and pay on site?

The staff will take your food and drink order from the table and bring your order to the table. The invoice is also brought to the table upon request. Payment methods are either cash or card. 

What do I do if there are no available tables when I arrive?

Wait for the staff to instruct you. They have the best information about which table will be available next and whether it will be possible to sit at the table marked with a reserved sign. The waiting time may vary, but often tables become available quickly. The staff will always do their best to arrange a table for everyone who arrives.

Is it possible to Take away a lunch?

Most of the time, yes. Only during busy times the kitchen do not have time to prepare and pack takeaway food, because the aim is to guarantee high-quality but fast food delivery to the tables for diners arriving on site.

Take away orders made by phone must be made before 11.30.

Can I make a table reservation?

Yes, but please check with the staff if your reservation is successful for the day you want, as we only accept a certain number of bookings per day. Diners arriving without reservation must also have the opportunity to have a free table without time restrictions.

Table reservations can be made either by phone +34 659 178 385 before 11.30 or on site. Bookings made by e-mail reponenari@icloud.com or electronically will only take effect after the booking confirmation. We reserve one day for processing reservations made by email.

Reservation will be kept for 15 min, thereafter, if we do not hear from you we are obliged to give your table away.  We offer max two hour dining slots. 

Pets in the restaurant

Unfortunately we do not accept pets inside our restaurant, but they are welcome on our terraces.

Children in restaurant

Children are welcome in our restaurant. We have a high chair, but no potty or changing table. When the menu consists of basic home-cooked food, there is often something to eat for the little ones in the family, and many of the dishes are also available in smaller sizes. 

Can I buy gift cards from you?

Yes, gift cards can be purchased on site. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The gift card applies to food and drinks in the restaurant.

When does a restaurant have a so called rush hour?

So called rush hours vary according to the season. The restaurant is busiest during the winter season. But in general, the restaurant is popular from 13:00 to 15:00. Usually, table reservations are also made during the same time period.
